This new construction project involved the design of a 30-storey 270-unit, 296,000sqft apartment building with a rooftop penthouse in downtown London, Ontario. This will include 3 levels of underground parking, and 5 levels of retail/podium parking for a total of 322 parking stalls.

Parking structure is designed as cast-in-place concrete. The tower portion is constructed using Hambro joists on load bearing concrete walls. Due to a tight site layout a transfer slab supporting 26 floor was required above the access ramps on the East side.
