This project was designed as a two phase development. The scope includes two levels of underground parking and two towers. One tower is a 17 storey tower and the other is a 16 storey tower. Phase one incorporates the first tower and the 2/3 of the parking garage building to provide parking to the first tower tenants.

The structural system for the building is constructed using load-bearing concrete walls with the Hambro system making up the floor structure. The ground surface deck of the parking and the lower level suspended slab columns walls and footings are constructed using cast-in-place concrete. used in the footing and foundation walls.
