This project involved the design of 2 12-storey apartment buildings with a total of 305 residential units, a 1-level underground parking podium.

The apartment is constructed using concrete walls and Hambro flooring system. The 269 underground parking structure is constructed of concrete walls and cast-in-place suspended slab.
