The new Hyatt Tower Hotel will have a total of 1,021 Rooms with a Centre Tower to be constructed to 14-16 Storeys.

The L-shaped design is designed using precast planks on structural steel. The elevator, stairwells and a few selected walls were designed in concrete to resist lateral loads.
