Keiper Canada opened this facility in London in 2000. This 160,000 square foot facility produces metal seat structures for the North American automotive industry.

This facility employs 430 staff when it is producing at its peak out put.

The structure consisted of structural steel framing with steel roof joists and roof deck. Provisions were made for a future addition to the west side of the designed building.
