This project added a much needed Student Centre to King's College. The building is constructed adjacent to the library constructed in the 1980’s.

The space includes a 500 seat Auditorium with provisions for a 250 seat mezzanine addition at a future date. The project also includes a Gathering area, study/cafeteria area, work out room and general offices.

A column free mezzanine was completed by supporting a cast in place concrete floor from second floor roof trusses by means of structural steel hangers.
