The elementary school in Wingham Ontario was constructed to replace the existing facility and amalgamation of other schools, and was opened in 2013.

The building features a double gymnasium, a cafeteria/auditorium, library and a large open atrium at the front entrance. The structure has been designed to accommodate a future addition adjacent to this building.

The building was constructed using precast concrete planks on load bearing masonry for a majority of the structure. This type of construction is found typically in the classroom areas. The centre core corridor, the multi-purpose room and library is constructed using glulam beams with acoustic deck. The gymnasium is constructed using acoustic deck and steel joists.
