Construction for SIFTON’s new head office building is designed to provide a Net Zero energy foot print. This will be achieved by using building integrated solar panels, combined-heat and power and smart/micro-grid concepts.

The entire development is designed to be highly energy Efficient. This project targets aggressive water efficiency, smart technology integration, Design decisions for this building were motivated by lifecycle costs and not just on construction costs.

This project and the remaining projects in this development site are designed to demonstrate the “state of the art” in Smart technology and Smart design for a multi-use community in London.
