This project involved design of a 4-storey 40,956ft2 medical office building in London’s West 5 development.

As part of the West 5 Smart Community, this building was designed to provide a net zero energy footprint. The design included solar panels on the walls and roof of the structure.

This project saw a high level of coordination between consultants to prepare contract documents.
