This 84,000ft2 project scope includes the following:

 4 multi-purpose community rooms  A full-service Library branch;  6-lane, 25 meter pool with lower level perimeter concrete access tunnel  A leisure pool with a movable floor that can be adjusted for all needs  A double gym with a suspended running/walking track at perimeter  A 12,000 square foot fitness centre;  A youth area with a climbing apparatus, foosball and ping-pong,  Five change rooms – for children, families and adults;  A bright, open concept design.

The project was completed to LEED silver standards.
