VB&S were the structural consultants on record for the 200,000 ft sq. car parts manufacturing plant located in Simcoe, Ontario.

The structure was designed as a steel structure bearing on conventional footings. There are parts of the press pit that are being supported on caissons. This facility houses the production line and administration offices.
