This project involved the construction of a 1,000 bed student residence having a gross building area is approximately 34,148 m2 (367,557sqft). The building is a 6 storey structure, the residential wings are designed as reinforced concrete.

The Dining and common area of the building is constructed using structural steel for the roof and cast in place concrete for the floors. The building is designed as LEED Silver certification.
