This project is the new home to the Oxford County's Children’s Aid Society.

The building is a 48,000sqft three storey structure. It is constructed using precast floor planks on a structural steel framed building. The stairwells and elevator shaft are constructed using cast in place concrete.

The building features a large multi storey atrium at the main entrance. This facility houses interview rooms, counseling, supervised access suites, administration offices and coordination offices to name a few.
