This project involved the construction of medical clinic across the street from the new Woodstock Hospital. Constructed using precast hollow core planks on a structural steel frame. The 2 storey building had a total area of 2,499 m2 (26,900sqft) with a second floor area of 834 m2 (8,977sqft) and a main floor area of 1,665 m2 (17,923sqft) .

The building was constructed as an ancillary building to the main Woodstock Hospital. The new space includes doctors offices, a training centre, and a massage clinic. A large portion of the main floor was constructed as a shell space for a future tenant.
