This project involves the design of 2 industrial buildings - a total of 100,000ft2 of space, which is located on 12 acres of land in London Ontario’s Innovation Park.

The plant will be equipped with technologically advance energy-efficient insect (crickets) protein production systems. The plant will serve demands in both the human food and pet food protein alternative markets.
