This project involves the construction of 6-storey 300 bed student residence having a gross building area is approximately 12,223m2 (131,560sqft). The building is a 5-storey structure, with the residential wings constructed as precast planks on load bearing masonry wall.

The 4-storey south wing is constructed using precast planks on load bearing masonry with concrete transfer girders over the main floor office areas.

The Marche Style dining area is constructed using sloped structural steel framing and steel deck.
