This project was completed in the spring of 2011. The facility includes the construction of a 55,000 sq. ft. for the City of Chatham.

This two storey structure contains a new indoor pool, a large Gymnasium, Fitness Room, Multipurpose rooms, change rooms, Community Rooms, and support offices.
