This project is Phase 1 of the development and involves the design of an 8-storey residential apartment structure with the first level dedicated to commercial space.

The commercial space area is 10,732ft2 and will offer medical/dental/retail space. The 158,466ft2 of residential space will offer 306 luxury apartments. There is 1 level of underground parking which will accommodate 87 vehicles.
