This adaptive reuse project aims to preserve the site's industrial heritage while introducing modern amenities and attractions.

The key developments incorporated into the project so far include The Factory, an indoor adventure park, The Event Centre which is a 25,000 square foot event and meeting space, The London Children’s Museum and Canada’s first Hard Rock Hotel.
