Mentorship

At VB&S we embrace opportunities to engage with the next generation of engineers. One way we do this is by partnering with academic institutions like Western University. Our team gets involved by judging student design competitions, providing guidance for capstone projects, and giving occasional lectures. Supporting a dynamic academic community gives us a chance to share what we’ve learned, uplift new voices, give back, and stay connected.
