1761 Wonderland Road North is an 18-storey mixed-use residential tower that establishes a new urban landmark along London’s north-west corridor. Designed by Zedd Architecture for York Developments, the project combines contemporary form with urban livability through a dynamic composition of glass, precast panels, and articulated balconies.

A five-storey podium defines a strong street presence, integrating ground-floor retail and pedestrian-friendly frontages along Wonderland Road. The podium’s rooftop terrace offers shared outdoor amenity space, while the tower above provides 228 rental suites with expansive glazing and modern layouts. A Hambro composite-joist floor system and cast-in-place concrete structure support efficient construction and durable performance.

The design emphasizes rhythm, light, and proportion—balancing density with human scale. Located near major transit and retail destinations, 1761 Wonderland contributes to London’s evolving vertical neighbourhoods, setting a benchmark for sustainable, high-quality multi-residential design that enhances both skyline and streetscape.
