EVE Park is an innovative, 84 unit, all electric townhouse community under construction in West 5, London, Ontario. Designed by Gensler and Studio Dror for developer s2e Technologies, the development features four striking circular “helix” buildings clustered around park-like courtyards, eliminating conventional driveways and surface parking.

Each building includes an automated vertical parking tower with built-in EV charging—stacking up to 14 vehicles each—freeing up space for gardens, walking trails, an orchard, and communal perennial landscapes. Powered by rooftop solar panels connected to a resident-owned microgrid, EVE Park achieves net zero energy, exporting surplus electricity to offset utility costs. Its units range from 740 ft² to over 2,200 ft² and include sustainable finishes, smart appliances, triple pane windows, heat pumps, and energy recovery ventilators for improved air quality.
