As structural engineers, we modernized a complex heritage building while preserving its industrial soul. We reinforced aging concrete frames, introduced new floor openings and mezzanines, and integrated contemporary systems; all while respecting the original structure’s integrity.
Adaptive reuse isn’t just about saving old buildings; it’s about re-imagining what they can become. This project celebrates the balance between past and future, where historic craftsmanship meets modern performance, and community gathers once more within revitalized walls.
