100 Kellogg Lane in London, Ontario, is undergoing significant renovations to transform the historic former Kellogg's cereal factory into a premier entertainment and cultural destination. This adaptive reuse project aims to preserve the site's industrial heritage while introducing modern amenities and attractions.

The key developments incorporated into the project so far include The Factory, an indoor adventure park, The Event Centre which is a 25,000 square foot event and meeting space, The London Children’s Museum and Canada’s first Hard Rock Hotel.

These developments reflect a commitment to revitalizing 100 Kellogg Lane, blending its rich industrial past with innovative design and modern functionality to create a vibrant community hub.

This project focused on preserving and enhancing the original Kellogg’s cereal factory structure through careful assessment and retrofitting. The existing cast-in-place concrete and steel roof frame were reinforced to accommodate new uses, including a new entrance vestibule, elevators, and bearing walls. Foundations were strengthened to support heavy loads from modern building systems. Renovated spaces now host indoor entertainment, the Powerhouse Brewery, Paradigm Distillery, and the Hard Rock Hotel. Floor slabs were reinforced with additional steel supports and concrete to withstand dynamic loads and heavy equipment, ensuring structural safety, durability, and adaptability for diverse new functions.
