The Elora Mill Condominiums are a five-storey, 136 unit mid-rise community directly integrated into the historic Elora Mill Hotel & Spa, overlooking the picturesque Grand River and nestled at the edge of Elora Gorge. Launching occupancy in 2024, the suites range from 805 to 2,223 sq ft and include 1–3 bedroom layouts, each with keyless entry, dedicated parking and locker storage.

Crafted in collaboration with artisanal blacksmiths and interior designers, residences feature sleek Caesarstone kitchens, engineered white-oak floors, large terraces and panoramic gorge views—reflecting the region’s limestone and waterfall heritage. Amenities rival those of a luxury resort, with a rooftop pool, fitness center, interior garden courtyard, dog-wash station, bike storage, EV charging, and exclusive access to spa services, room service, and fine dining at the adjacent hotel.

Steps from artisanal shops, galleries, hiking trails, and the charming village core, these condos deliver a serene village lifestyle with modern luxury and stunning natural surroundings.

The Elora Mill Condominiums feature a five-storey cast-in-place concrete structure with one level of underground parking, built adjacent to the historic Elora Mill and atop the banks of the Grand River. The structural design had to account for variable bedrock elevations and proximity to the gorge, requiring careful coordination of foundations and retaining systems. Vibration and settlement monitoring were implemented to protect nearby heritage structures. The river facing elevation demanded cantilevered balcony slabs and transfer beams to maintain views while respecting the steep terrain.
