The Fourteen75 features a 12-storey cast in-place concrete structure with two levels of underground parking. The structural system includes reinforced concrete slabs and shear walls to resist lateral loads, providing long-term durability and acoustic separation suited to residential use. A key challenge was managing poor soil conditions on site, requiring deep excavation and careful coordination of shoring and waterproofing for the below-grade levels. Additionally, the transition from the underground parking to the residential tower involved complex transfer slab detailing. The use of large window openings and inset balconies demanded careful attention to slab edge reinforcement and thermal bridging mitigation.
